That's where I come in.
I work alongside leaders to untangle operational challenges, get stalled initiatives moving, and address the things that are easier to avoid. Whether it's a specific project or ongoing fractional COO support, we'll figure out what needs to happen and get to work, with accountability for the results and consideration for the people affected.
I've seen what happens when businesses overlook the people affected by their decisions. The cost shows up in lost trust, good people leaving, and teams giving up. Hard decisions matter. Accountability matters. So does giving a shit about the humans involved.
